Senior Managing Director - Operations
Lori brings extensive experience in corporate governance, operations, finance, and human resources to Rock Pine Partners. Her mission is to ensure the team has the policies, procedures, training, and tools needed to deliver exceptional results and support clients at the highest quality levels.

Lori’s career spans leadership roles at AT&T and Walsh America/PMSI, along with nearly a decade as a high-performing consultant at Andersen Consulting and Accenture. Recognized for her excellence in consulting, Lori specialized in financial services and banking, where she consistently delivered outstanding results and helped drive client success.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, New York. Lori’s dedication to operational excellence and her strategic approach to corporate governance are key drivers of Rock Pine Partners' ability to deliver value and results for clients.

Greg Valyou is a seasoned consulting executive, C-suite leader (CTO, CIO, and SVP), and advisor with a proven track record of guiding clients—from innovative startups to Global 500 enterprises and government entities—toward new levels of success. With expertise in envisioning and executing strategies to enhance business performance, resolve operational challenges, expand market share, and drive growth, Greg focuses on delivering measurable ROI and building lasting company value.
Throughout his career, Greg has launched, scaled, and led market-changing initiatives and transformative projects. His pivotal roles in M&A-focused exits and equity events have contributed significantly to business value, showcasing his ability to maximize organizational potential and position companies for successful outcomes.
A thought leader and author of Artificial Intelligence – Get Ready for Tomorrow (2019), Greg’s insights into enterprise business strategy, AI, and value innovation have been featured at major industry conferences, including AFCEA International and IBM Innovation Meetups.
