Senior Managing Director - Operations
Lori brings extensive experience in corporate governance, operations, finance, and human resources to Rock Pine Partners. Her mission is to ensure the team has the policies, procedures, training, and tools needed to deliver exceptional results and support clients at the highest quality levels.

Lori’s career spans leadership roles at AT&T and Walsh America/PMSI, along with nearly a decade as a high-performing consultant at Andersen Consulting and Accenture. Recognized for her excellence in consulting, Lori specialized in financial services and banking, where she consistently delivered outstanding results and helped drive client success.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, New York. Lori’s dedication to operational excellence and her strategic approach to corporate governance are key drivers of Rock Pine Partners' ability to deliver value and results for clients.

Greg Valyou
Senior Managing Director - Client Solutions
Greg is a seasoned consulting executive, C-suite leader (CTO, CIO, SVP), and advisor with a proven track record of driving success for startups, Global 500 enterprises, and government entities. He specializes in creating and executing strategies that enhance business performance, resolve operational challenges, expand market share, and drive growth—delivering enterprise solutions that build lasting company value.
Greg has been instrumental in several M&A-driven exits and equity events, helping clients maximize business value, scale, and position their organizations for sustained success and growth.

As a thought leader and author of Artificial Intelligence – Get Ready for Tomorrow (2019), Greg’s insights into enterprise business strategy, AI, and value innovation have been featured at major industry conferences, including AFCEA International and IBM Innovation Meetups.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany and an OM-MBA from the University at Buffalo. He is a certified PMP and PSM, with further specializations from Wharton, Emory's Goizueta Business School, and UVA's Darden School.
